We only collect what you give us. Through the enquiry and brochure request forms on this site, that is your name, company name, email address, telephone number and whatever you write in the message field. If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence and any details in it.
Our web host records standard technical information when a page is served, including IP address, browser type and pages visited. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide the specifications, pricing or documentation you have asked for, and to supply and administer orders. Where you have ticked the consent box, we may also contact you about trade supply.
Our lawful bases are consent , where you have given it and which you may withdraw at any time; performance of a contract , where we are supplying you; and legitimate interests , where we respond to a business enquiry you have initiated. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to remember your cookie choice. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent sought before any non-essential cookie is set.
We share personal data only where we need to: with our web hosting and form providers, who process enquiry submissions on our behalf; with our IT and email providers; and with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. All processors act on our instructions under contract.
Enquiries that do not lead to a trading relationship are kept for up to two years, after which they are deleted. Records relating to customers and orders are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as the consent stands, plus a short period afterwards to evidence it.
Your data is held within the UK or European Economic Area wherever possible. If any provider we use transfers data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
