DairyKo at SIAL Paris 2026

SIAL Paris returns to Paris Nord Villepinte from 17 to 21 October 2026, and DairyKo will be there.

For a business like ours, a show on this scale does something a supplier list cannot. The 2026 edition is expected to bring together around 8,000 exhibitors and roughly 295,000 food professionals from about 200 countries, structured around ten business sectors that include dairy. That means several days of face-to-face conversations with producers we already work with, and with manufacturers whose lines we have not yet seen.

What we’re looking for

Three things, mainly. New lines that fill genuine gaps in the range – particularly in continental cheese, plant-based alternatives and prepared egg. Alternative sources for lines where having a second supplier would give our customers more security. And a clearer read on where European supply and pricing are heading into 2027, which is the sort of thing you learn far faster in person than from a market report.

Why it matters for our customers

Every line we add has to earn its place. Sourcing at a show like this means we can see the product, meet the people making it, and understand their capacity and specification before anything reaches a price list. It is also how we keep the range moving rather than static.
